Every year, Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) opens opportunities for anyone who wants to study at IPB through a number of entrance routes.
There are several entrance routes, both national ones organized by the government, and independent routes organized directly by IPB.

6 IPB Entrance Routes 2023
1. SNBP
The first IPB entrance route 2023 is the National Selection Based on Achievement (SNBP) route.
This route is the latest route for accepting new students opened by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology for the initial stages of the 2023 National Selection for New Student Admissions (SNPMB).
This route replaces the previous route, namely SNMPTN. Where the selection is also carried out based on achievement by considering the values according to the scientific fields studied at the Middle School level.
The selection for this pathway has been carried out since the beginning of the year, and the results were announced simultaneously nationally on March 28, 2023.
2. SNBT
The second IPB 2023 entrance pathway and still a national pathway is SNBT or National Selection Based on Tests.
This pathway is a 6 IPB 2023 Admission Paths national selection
system for accepting new students managed buy telemarketing data by the Education Testing Management Center (BP3) in collaboration with PTN which is carried out based on the results of computer-based Scholastic Test scores.
This selection process was previously known as SBMPTN. The material that will be tested on SNBT is the Scholastic Potential Test (TPS) and Literacy Test, starting from general reasoning ability, general knowledge and understanding, to English literacy, and many more.

3. PIN Pathway 6 IPB 2023 Admission Paths Undergraduate Program
Not only national selection, the 2023 IPB entrance path is also opened through an independent path, one of which is the International and National Achievement (PIN) path.
This path was originally known as the Scientific Paper Competition Finalist Pathway and has been implemented since 1974. The innovation, creativity, and excellence of students in school extracurricular activities are the main focus of the PIN path assessment.
The purpose of this selection is to provide an opportunity for high school/equivalent or vocational high school graduates with outstanding achievements in extracurricular activities to study at IPB so that their attitudes, behavior, and knowledge can develop optimally.

4. Undergraduate Program for OSIS Chairperson Path
The next IPB 2023 admission pathway is the undergraduate program pathway for OSIS chairpersons. This selection path has been opened since 2019.
Through this path, IPB has developed one atik sa a pral prezante of the special selection schemes for new student candidates for the OSIS Chairperson who meets the academic requirements as an IPB student.
This scheme is an independent selection to find prospective students who have proven to have leadership as the OSIS chairperson during high school.
In addition, candidates who have adequate academic abilities to be educated at IPB become prospective leaders who have high intellectuals or intellectuals who have strong leadership.
Through this selection, it is hoped that it will produce prospective leaders, both national, regional, company leaders and community leaders who lead with a scientific approach, or apply scientific-based leadership.
The requirements to take part in this selection are:
Has been the chairman of OSIS during high cnb directory school/Islamic high school. Which is reinforced by a letter from the Principal stating that the applicant is a true student at his/her school and has been the chairman of OSIS for at least one period, accompanied by a decree from the Principal regarding the appointment of the applicant as chairman of OSIS
Graduates of 2023 majoring in Science
Average grades in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology for 5 semesters at least 80
Willing to receive leadership, entrepreneurship and other training.
